TOPS
If you are 60 years young (or close to it) join us on the 3rd Thursday of each month for our senior adult ministry, affectionately referred to as "TOPS." Beginning at 11 a.m., this fun fellowship includes a delicious meal, exciting games, singing and sharing God's Word. For more information about this ministry, contact Bubba Lollar at 662-681-6779.
OUR ANNUAL PASSION PLAY
DEAD MAN RISING, an exciting production of music, drama, dance and live animals, with beautiful costumes and
sets bring the final week of Jesus’ earthly ministry to life in a unique, vivid way! This event is to be presented by a variety of ages and will serve as a truly memorable experience for the entire family on the weekend before Easter: Friday, Saturday and Sunday, April 11, 12 and 13 at 7 p.m each evening. Kick off a new Easter tradition by bringing your family, friends, or even Sunday school class, youth, or civic group to join us for this annual celebration! Admission is FREE and open to all; however, seating is limited. Doors open nightly at 6:20.
Our Monthly Food Pantry & Clothes Closet
Come help us help our community! The Anchor Church dedicates the 4th Saturday of each month to the distribution of food and clothing to needy families in our community. The group in charge of this ministry is called "Serving Hearts." Additionally, once per quarter, on the same day as that Serving Hearts Food Pantry day, from 10:00-12:00, we offer Diaper Depot, a ministry to educate, assist and provide needed essentials for new mothers and babies.
